• We guarantee against DOA:
Any item in this auction that is not working properly when received by the Buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee which is as follows: Buyer must notify Seller within 30 calendar days of receipt of the purchased item (date as stated by FedEx.com) of any problem/defects that may require a return and/or refund. The item will be returned to Seller at Buyer's expense within 5 business days of notification. Item will be tested to determine condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage, you will be sent a replacement. If no replacement is available, your money, not including return shipping charges, will be refunded. We do not cover the following conditions under our guarantee:
• Buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
• Inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software application or system.
• Restocking Fees:
Items returned that are determined to be in working order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or , (whichever is greater) and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept any item that is damaged in return shipping. The shipment will be refused back to the Buyer and Buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
• Tax:
We adhere to NY and CT State Sales tax (If you receive equipment within NY or CT, we must collect tax.) Sales tax for shipments sent to locations in NY that are not part of NYC is 8.5%. Sales tax for shipments that are sent to locations within NYC is 8.875%. Sales tax for shipments sent to CT is 6.35%.
• Non-paying bidder:
If payment is not received within 7 days of auction close, we will contact eBay to leave a "non-paying bidder" notification. After 10 days we reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
• Payment:

We prefer PayPal,
but will accept bank-to-bank wire transfer. Please don't ask us to accept other methods - the answer will be no.

• Local Pickup:

This is not a retail location (and we do not have a retail location) so you can't just show up and look around - Local Pickup is exclusively for pickup after a purchase on eBay. If you make a Local Pickup, you must pay 8.875% NYC sales tax, even if you are coming from another state or country (it's the law.)

INTERNATIONAL
International taxes and duties: International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the respective country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Adorama has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Orders shipped using eBays (GSP) "Global Shipping Platform" have already paid their taxes and must contact eBay directly for any issues.
SHIPPING
Adorama's eBay store ships to the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO & FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We now ship many items to Canada, parts of Europe and Australia. If the item does not have the option, please don't ask.
We do not ship to other International locations.
Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Combined shipping is available by using the Add-to-Cart button and confirming that the shipping carriers for each item are the same BEFORE making the Payment. eBay's new checkout will then consolidate your items and present to you the better shipping rates.
All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices may be requested if you contact us immediately after payment during business hours. No guarantees for other times.
Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.
We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please make sure to check your eBay email address and that it does not go into spam or junk. Approved Change Requests may not be updated on eBays portal, please check the emails.
Returns
For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.
Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.
Please use the Return this Item or Contact Seller button on your Purchase History page to ask us any questions or request a return. Adorama cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded.
Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.
When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.
If you live in New York you may bring the return to our Manhattan store for exchange or refund.
