Vintage/Antique Furga hard plastic Fashion doll Southern Belle Dress 22” W/Crier

Description

Lovely Vintage hard plastic doll. (Doll is unmarked but could possibly be a Furga doll made in Italy, unsure, as I cannot find any markings, but looks like “Christina” ).Southern Belle style dress. She is wearing a long , full pink striped dress with pinafore overskirt, lined, ruffled sleeves and collar. (Very nicely made!) also, white pantaloons, and black patent leather shoes, no socks. Attached necklace with a single pearl.
Beautiful face with blue sleep eyes that work nicely, very smooth open/close operation that has a “blinking” effect. Red Cupid’s bow lips, and long dark lashes. She has a small red dot near one eye, otherwise no marks seen.
Wig has Long spiral ringlet curls, there is some clear glue visible on the back of her neck, and her hairpins need to be positioned back into place.
One leg is stationary, doesn’t move, it has been glued in place. She can stand on her own, cannot sit. Otherwise in good shape and appears to have been taken care of with minimal play.
22” tall. Crier (see final photo), works. She is a very pretty doll that would make a lovely addition to your collection! Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

Approx. 20.5" tall
NO HANDS, NO WIG, NO EYES.
She has cloth body, tin head, and porcelain lower legs/feet and forearms.  No hands; instead, she has kid leather "gloves" over the ends of the forearms.
What's there is in good condition.
Missing hands, eyes, and wig.  Some paint loss/chips on head and makeup, but no dents or signs of abuse.  All porcelain parts are in great condition.  The cloth body is sound.
IMPORTANT:
Besides the noteworthy issues mentioned above, EXPECT any antique doll (bisque/composition/leather/china/wood) to ALSO have:
(1) SIGNS OF AGE - for example: toned/crazed/chipped composition, minor wig pulls, loss of "hair" lashes on bisque heads, not-so-tight stringing, etc., and ...
(2) MINOR CONSERVATION WORK by previous owners/collectors - for example: reset eyes (in most cases!), repairs to wig, repairs to clothing, touch-ups on composition/finish/paint, etc.
SO ... Any MAJOR issues -- hairline crack, total repaint, etc. -- would be itemized above, but these normal age/conservation details are not.  They are to be expected.  Thank you.

It is with deep regret that -- after 14 years selling on eBay, and with 100% positive feedback -- I've had to change my return policy on dolls to "NO RETURNS, AND NO PARTIAL REFUNDS."
As often happens, it's the few bad apples out there who ruin it for the rest of us. These dishonest people will buy a doll, then try to improve or restore it ... not knowing what they're doing. And then, when they realize they've ruined the doll, they return it saying it was defective.  Or else they keep the doll and demand a "partial refund" based on the alleged defect -- which is another trending scam on eBay.
I sell these dolls for a living so,
my sincere apologies to you
