Vintage Russian Cloth Plastic Doll 50s-60s Kovskaya Factory of Toys

Up for auction a soft body 1950-1960 Russian doll from Kovskaya Factory of Toys (based on what my translating program says).
The doll measures 8 1/2" (to hat tip) tall and weighs 2.3 ounces prior to packing for shipping.
This piece is in good used vintage condition.  There is some discoloration, wear to the paint on the boots, fading on the material and fraying of threads and corners.

Time for me to go through my closets and list items on eBay. I am not an expert on this listing. I bought this hard plastic doll about 45-48 years ago from a collector who also had a Doll Hospital. She had displayed her as a "Nurse for Dionne Quintuplets" when I bought her and I displayed her for a short time before placing her in a storage box in my closet until a few weeks ago. I do not think she is the nurse for the quintuplets but she is dressed as a nurse in what I think is a hand sewn outfit.
She is approx 14" tall and has a # 14 on her neck and Made in USA on her back. Her blue eyes open & close easily. Her blondish hair is soft. Her fingers are intact. I have never taken her outfit nor shoes and socks off. Her knees still have a pink blush to them.
I have tried to explain what I see on this doll but encourage requests for more photos or for a potential buyer to ask questions.
