Vintage 1950's HARD PLASTIC Walker DOLL.18" UNMARKED Estate Walker doll

Hello
not marked- I do not know who she is- 18"- hard plastic body- rubber face.
Joints work/move- eyes do open and close but 1 wants to hang up so i open it manually- face is tacky- some white build up on eyeballs- needs better cleaned.
I have other dolls.
