Vintage 1940s Hard Plastic Baby Doll 7” w/Original Clothes, Very Good!

Description

Unbranded unmarked jointed baby doll from 1940s. She is made of hard plastic. Seams are tight; she can sit up and her arms are poseable. She wears her original dress, although it could benefit from an Oxi-Clean bath. (I have had success cleaning old yellowed linens by boiling a large pot of water on the stove, setting it carefully on a folded towel in the bathtub, adding one scoop of Oxi-Clean [which will foam vigorously] and soaking the clothing item in the pot for one hour. Works every time, but I only do this process on my own belongings. Happy to share the recipe!) This doll measures 7" long and is in excellent condition for her age. Cute doll, in good conditon, but could use a cleaning- there is some sort of staining around her hairline where her wig meets her face - see photos. Wig is in pretty rough shape - see photos
