Some very important things to know.
The structure of Cineview II is more professional than any card out there and the connection are better. You have a BNC connector and you can use also component video instead a composite but most important -> you don't use anymore s-video to RGB adapter which results in a VERY LOW QUALITY. Another good thing of Cineview II, you have a SPDIF out which means for you,  more quality also in audio connection. And last thing...In my tests...in long use...Cineview-II is more stable ..Playback,Resuming...etc

CineView® II, a less than half size low-cost PCI-based MPEG audio/video decoder board, delivers 4:2:0 MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 video decoding for all of your NTSC and PAL playback needs.
