Most of the pagers simply need a new LCD and they will be fully functional although some may need further repair.  All pagers are on a 900 mhz flex frequency range.
They can be used as prop pagers as long as you are not concerned with the LCD segments lighting up.  They cannot be activated with service unless they are repaired.  Pager may or may not have the Motorola and/or Flex logo on them as most are in aftermarket housings.
