Description

I bought this Encoder brand new. I used it about ten times for a PBS TV show I did. It has been in the closet ever since. It lists for ,159.00. The
R Y In button is loose. The case has some scratches, but it powers up with no visible problems

Four LED's indicate encoding on field 1 or field 2, video presence or field 1 detection..
Encoding
Encoding can be NTSC, PAL, on field 1 or field 2 of line 21; this encoding works well with the old system and with updated FCC specifications. The unit is compatible with PAL closed caption, and caption data is usually inserted on Line 22 of field one.
Future Encoding
This device will meet future requirements of inserting data on lines 10 through 25.
Application
This device is useful when a monitor without a Closed Caption decoder is used in broadcast monitoring; this device can be mounted close to the monitor because of its compact size.
RS-232
Remote can be operated via RS-232 and a PC; an RS-232C input/output is provided for data transmission as well.
Test
A test function is actuated with a front panel button; this test signal places a text message on line 21 to confirm proper operation.

Description
DC220 is a professional hardware decoding device, which can independently decode IP video streams in various formats (like SRT, RTSP, RTMP, RTP unicast or multicast media streams, etc.) without relying on a computer, and output with SDI and DVI-I signal (compatible with HDMI/VGA signals).

Returns
For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.
Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.
