THIS IS A MINIATURE BABY HUTCH FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTION.  IT WAS MADE BY JBM AND MEASURES 8 1/16" TALL X 5 1/4" ACROSS.  THE DOORS NEED A LITTLE STICKY TAC TO STAY COMPLETELY CLOSED.  A NICE ADDITION TO YOUR COLLECTION.

Miniature tools for dollhouse includes 13 pieces. Two open tool boxes (one plastic and one wood). Screwdriver, 3 wrenches, pliers, and hacksaw are all metal. Fly spray (plastic), broom (wood), rope (cloth) shovel, and hand spade (wood and metal) included. All are used.
