Ideal Composition 21” Mama Doll Tin Eyes. This original Ideal doll has short dark brown hair, which I think is human hair. There is molded hair under the wig. She has tin sleep eyes, but does have some crazing cracks around the eyes. Look carefully at the close up photo. He eyes do occasionally stick, maybe from being stored so long. She is part of my MILs doll collection. Her right arm is badly cracked. The left arm has minor cracking. Her body and legs are stuffed cloth. She wears a cotton shift type dress, with a full slip and a onesie underwear. She has rayon stockings up to her hips and crocheted booties. A cotton bonnet covers her hair. I’m sure Ideal collectors will recognize her, and know the name, as most Ideal dolls had a name. This logo on the back of her was used in the 1920s.

Her composition is cracking and needs some major TLC. Her eyes are cracking as well but are flirty eyes. She is a very beautiful doll who needs someone to fix her up!
