The 8985FS is a compact, high-performance, fiber-ready SD/HD frame synchronizer module
with low hysteresis, a dual-redundant reference capability, and a perfect-picture mode. This module is therefore suited to production and playout applications where high reliability is required
The 8964DEC offers four independent full-function decoders on a single Gecko series card. Typical applications include cost-effective analog conversion for a digital server, switcher, or router. Up to 40 decoders can be housed in only 2 RU of space. The 8964DEC has a robust analog input circuit, which easily accommodates noisy signals such as satellite and microwave links. Most adjustments to this card can be performed on the module’s card-edge controls. The on-screen display capability included with each module greatly simplifies card-edge configuration
