For parts not working don’t know what’s wrong with it
Behringer Feedback Destroyer Pro FBQ2496 (FBQ2496d2). Up for sale, a Harris Videotek HD-Star handheld monitor / test device.  This tool is a bit outside of my field of knowledge.  It appears this model was discontinued recently and I expect there are newer and more sophisticated units out there today.
As far as this tool goes, it appears in good working order and I will guarantee satisfaction and correct operation as I am unable to competently test.  It obviously powers up and all menu's can be navigated.  I left this on a charger overnight and the battery only appears to take 1/2 a charge.  It appears past its useful life and should be replaced.  It will likely NOT give you much operating time.
I could not find much in the way of recent comparable sales so I'm just pulling a price/number out of the air here.  If this sits around a few months I'll be happy to entertain offers.  I did find that the unit originally retailed at 00.  Hopefully my price will represent relative value/utility.  Comes with original power supply and pouch.
