We used this for an elderly family member, and it worked great. You program it with up to four numbers, and it calls them in order, then it calls 911 if nobody answers. It does use a standard phone line, but there are cell adapters available. It has up to a 600 foot range from the base station. The pendant can be worn around the neck or on a bracelet. They're not in the pictures, but this includes two rechargeable batteries for the pendant remote - It only uses one at a time, and the unit charges the second.

I know nothing about pagers. I do not know if it uses UHF. Please confirm theses operational and model details yourself.

I can see no indications of use except on the back sticker. See photo. Tiny pin sized indentation. Motorola Bravo Express Pager Like New @ 24000MHz.
