Take appropriate safety precautions
1. Wear eye protection (safety glasses).
2. Do not smoke next to the vehicle when performing repairs.
3. Work in a well-ventilated area.
4. Wear skin protection (such as gloves and closed toe shoes).
5. Recover refrigerant before making repairs.
Installation Method
Attention Please:
Be sure to clean the air conditioning system before installation, otherwise it will cause compression broken.
1.Remove compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube or expansion valve.
2.Flush the condenser and evaporator using NON-OIL BASED A/C flush. On expansion valve systems. The valve must be removed before the  evaporator can be flushed. Flushed condensers from outlet to inlet and evaporators from inlet to outlet.
3.Drain all the oil from the new compressor and dispose of according to local, state and federal laws.NOTE:if you compressor has a drain plug you will need to open it up and drain what oil is in there too.
4.Install half oil charge into the compressor and the remainder throughout the system. Turn compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated.
5.Install new receiver drier or accumulator and new orifice tube or expansion valve.
6.Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour.
7.After evacuation install half the refrigerant charge and let the system set for 1 minute. This will allow the refrigerant to pick up oil and spread more evenly throughout the system.
8.Start engine whit A/C controls on MAX AIR with door and windows open.
9.Add the remaining charge of refrigerant as called for by the manufacture.
Package included : 1 x Air Compressor
What is an AC compressor?
The air conditioning compressor is the heart of the air conditioning system. It moves refrigerant through the system, and compresses low pressure refrigerant to create high pressure refrigerant.
How does the AC compressor work?
The serpentine belt or drive belt at the front of the engine drives the A/C compressor, thus allowing the compressor to pump refrigerant through the system. Some vehicles use a compressor with a clutch that engages the compressor electronically when the A/C button is turned on, and some vehicle's compressors turn any time the engine is running. The high pressure created is necessary for the air conditioning system to function and without it the air conditioner would blow just warmer than ambient temperature inside the vehicle. The compressor also uses check valves that allow refrigerant to flow in one direction.
What are the symptoms related to a bad AC compressor?
The compressor is necessary for the air conditioner to operate, and when it fails, the most common symptom is warm air from the vents. Since the compressor places additional load on the engine, engine speed (RPM) will drop slightly if the A/C button is turned on, but if the compressor is not functioning properly, the engine idle speed may not drop. This may indicate that the compressor clutch is not functioning, or internal compressor failure has occurred. When the check valves fail, the high and low pressure sides of the refrigerant system may being to equalize in pressure, and the air conditioner may blow warmer air. Finally, a squealing or grinding noise may be heard from the compressor in the event of mechanical failure.
How often do AC compressors need to be replaced?
Failure of the air conditioning compressor is common because moisture or clogs in the air conditioning system will place high stress on the compressor. Compressor clutch failure is much more common on older vehicles, but some modern compressors still utilize an A/C compressor clutch to turn the compressor on and off. In general, A/C compressors tend to fail after 60,000-70,000 miles, but that time may be lengthened depending on use, demand, and operating conditions.

What we do
Every compressor is re-manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We only re-manufacture OEM compressors. All compressors are both leak tested and Function tested to ensure the compressor is in perfect working condition prior to being shipped. We perform these tests on ALL New and Re-manufactured a/c compressors. All seals, o-rings, control valves and gaskets and all failed hard components are replaced with new parts during the rebuild process. If you have any questions or concerns about the re-manufacturing process please feel free to message us!
Compatibility
Table
Please verify that this compressor fits your vehicle prior to purchasing using our compatibility table on this listing. We spend hours making these tables to make sure they are 100% accurate. Please send us a message with your Year. Make, Model, Sub model, and engine size and or supply us your vin number, if you would like to have us verify fitment for you. Upon purchasing the compressor you have the option to add the vehicle specifications. Please add your specifications to avoid receiving the incorrect compressor. If the compressor you receive is incorrect and you did not supply vehicle specifications or message us your vehicle specifications, we are not responsible with paying for return shipment and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.
Compressor Installation
ALL COMPRESSORS ARE ONLY SHIPPED WITH TESTING OIL! COMPRESSORS NEED OIL ADDED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION NOT USING A/C MACHINE!
The number one reason of New or Re-manufactured a/c compressor premature failure  is due to improper installation.
To attain a warranty compressor the bellow installation process and procedure MUST be performed and the parts listed in this procedure must be replaced to attain a warranty compressor.
Follow all local, state and federal regulations when servicing mobile A/C systems and read this instruction sheet prior to starting any repairs.
In most cases you will have to reuse your OEM manifolds and switches from your original compressor.
In most cases the connector/plug from the original compressor will need to be spliced on to our compressor. Every compressor that needs this done will come with 14-16 gauge heat shrink butt splices.
Oil charges and oil types should be closely adhered to for proper A/C performance. If you need the proper oil information please message us!
If you are uncertain of where to add oil or how much oil needs to be added to the compressor prior to installing on the car PLEASE MESSAGE US!
1.
Remove compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube or expansion valve.
2.  We highly
recommend
replacing all condensers that use the R134a freon. DO NOT FLUSH!
WARNING:
NEWER STYLE CONDENSER DESIGNS ARE VERY HARD, AND SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO FLUSH, IN THOSE CASES IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF THE COMPRESSOR HAS A MAJOR FAILURE THE CONDENSER SHOULD BE REPLACED.
3.
Install half oil charge into the compressor and the remainder throughout the system. Turn compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated.
4.
Install new receiver drier or accumulator and new orifice tube or expansion valve.
5.
Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour.
6. Add system specification Freon charge and test accordingly. Charge the system with a Certified A/C charging station, do not use cans!
If the above steps are not performed the compressor warranty will be in valid
The accumulator/drier must be replaced prior to installation.
Warranty
There is warranty on this compressor for 1 year from the date of purchase, not when it was installed on the vehicle.
The warranty is for only 1 replacement compressor.
Our  warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation, diagnostic and any other related expenses or concerns with the vehicle.
Only the compressor.
The above compressor installation process MUST be followed to attain a warranty compressor
The accumulator/drier must be replaced prior to installation.
If the replacement compressor locked up on the vehicle, warranty is
void
. Compressors lock up due to improper system diagnosis or improper installation of the compressor.
If the system was a catastrophic failure. Accumulator/drier, orifice tube and or expansion device, and condenser MUST be replaced as well as a complete system flush. If these step have not been done regarding a catastrophic compressor failure, warranty is void.
