    Installation
    Attention Please:
Be sure to clean the air conditioning system before installation, otherwise it will cause compression broken.
    1. Once the old compressor has been removed, begin by removing the receiver/drier or accumulator, and the expansion valve or orifice tube from the vehicle.
    2. Next, flush the condenser and evaporator using a non-oil based A/C flush. The valve must be removed on expansion valve system before the evaporator can be flushed.
    · Flush evaporators from inlet to outlet.
    3. Install the new receiver drier or accumulator, and new expansion valve or orifice tube.
    4. Next, install the new or remanufactured A/C Compressor.
    5. Install and tighten the A/C Compressor mounting bolts.
    6. Reconnect any electrical connectors to the A/C Compressor.
    7. Re-install the refrigerant lines and A/C belt to the A/C Compressor.
    8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
    9. Evacuate the A/C system with an A/C servicing machine for at least one hour.
    10. Check the system for leaks.
    11. If there are no leaks, install the refrigerant charge (Check the A/C system sticker under the hood of the vehicle for the proper amount and type of refrigerant for the system). Then, let the system set for 2 minutes. Doing so will allow the refrigerant to carry the oil and spread more evenly throughout the system.
    12. Start the vehicle’s engine and turn on the A/C system.
    Pay attention:
This compressor comes pre-filled with the correct amount of oil.
Thus, there is no need to add any additional oil to your system.
Please add refrigerant to 70-80% without filling up.
There may be noise if the refrigerant is added too much.
Be sure to clean the air conditioning system before installation, otherwise it will cause compression broken.
