Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Any returned item must be un-installed, in the condition it was shipped to you, and returned in the original packaging. Any return that is dirty, shows signs of installation, is missing parts, or requires service by us, is subject to a refund deduction per ebay guidelines.
On retuns where the buyer states the item was not as described, wrong item was sent, or did not fit, we require the VIN number prior to processing the return. This is to determine why the item was not correct for the purchased application.

Warranty is valid if the following parts are installed at time of compressor installation.
1. A new accumulator / receiver-drier must be installed.
2. A new expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be installed.
Prior to pocessing a claim:
If you did not purchase a compressor kit from us; you will need to provide proof that the parts specified were purchased and installed. If you did not purchase and install the parts you have no warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
TRC Auto warrants that its parts and products are manufactured by the best manufacturers in the automotive industry world-wide, and meet or exceed required specifications generally accepted for that part. TRC Auto also warrants all new products against defective material or workmanship for one (1) year or 12,000 miles from the date of sale from TRC Auto, whichever comes first, unless noted otherwise.
Warranty will not apply to conditions resulting from misuse, negligence, alterations, accidents or improper installation, maintenance or subject to abnormal conditions of use. TRC Auto will, at its sole option, repair or replace those parts which are found to be defective in either material or workmanship providing that actual notification is received in writing from the buyer of the alleged defect. Time is of the essence and failure to provide such written notice within thirty (30) days will fully and completely release TRC Auto and its distributors from any obligation or liability for that breach of warranty. TRC Auto's liability is limited to replacement or repair of such parts that have been found defective by us and will not cover any labor charges or any consequential or incidental damages or expense arising from their use.
Except as set forth-herein, and except as to title, it is expressly agreed (A) that there is no warranty or merchant-ability or fitness of a particular purpose, nor other warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, nor any affirmation of fact, or promises by TRC Auto and its Distributors with reference to the goods which extend beyond the specifications, if any mutually agreed upon by TRC Auto and its distributors and the buyer and (B) that buyer acknowledges that it is purchasing the goods solely on the basis of the commitments of TRC Auto and its distributors expressly set forth herein.
