Description
From the comic strip "Dick Tracy", here is his hard to find baby, Bonnie BraidsMade in 1951 by the Ideal Doll Co., she has what they called "Magic Skin", a vinyl that felt almost real but unfortunately did not hold up well.
Bonnie has some issues: there are pock marks all over her magic skin body, arms and legs. One arm has major damage at the wrist and is covered by bandaids.
But the good news is that her head is almost perfect! There is no loss of paint, the color is still good and it is not sticky like some dolls of this material can be. And what a sweet little face she has!
Bonnie is wearing her original white long slip, her white Christening dress trimmed with braid, lace and ribbon.
She is wearing her original pink jacket.
