    Description

    Unmarked.  Clothing is remarkable.  Doll has blush cheeks and knees.
    Hair is a wig and styled.  Mouth is open with teeth.  Undergarment intact.
    Eyes are clear and open and shut nicely.  Part of the box which was trashed states:  Roberta doll
    This fashion doll is not marked but definitely made to rival Madame Alexander's Cissy doll- just look at that face!  I'm including with her auction the original factory dress, hat, shoes, stockings, and Lucite box.  The cost of this auction is more to cover the new clothing (bra, slip, panties, dress, feather hat (by a wonderful eBayer), and special gloves (also by a wonderful eBayer).  Our girl had a split in the crotch and hips so I've repaired these places with melting & epoxy but left them so you know exactly where they are.  You may want a doll hospital to put the finishing touches on the repair but it should last for a long time.  It was sure fun using taffeta and fur pieces that belonged to a great aunt! I hope you enjoy the outfit/doll too!
